Needling

“The incredible alternative to surgery!”

The Plasma treatment uses the fourth state of matter – plasma. Tissues treated “sublimate” and we avoid spreading unwanted heat to the surrounding areas. The principle is to ionize gases in the air to create a small electrical arch, similar to a tiny static bolt, with which dermal and epidermal areas, which are affected by aesthetic problems, may be treated without spreading unwanted heat to the surrounding areas.

When the electrical arch – plasma – touches the skin surface, the heat widens the acne and is subsequently transferred into the epidermis all the way to the papillary layer which contains fibroblast cells. The result is con- traction and tightening of the skin cells. Consequently, the excess skin is reduced and the result is comparable to lift procedures or wrinkle reduction. Most, if not all, methods of skin resurfacing are based on creating a controlled skin damage, which activates its healing and this leads to the skin re-modelling and improvement in various signs of aging.

Even though skin layers get damaged by plasma in a controlled manner (by heating, fragmentation, vaporization – sublimation and coagulation), they do not burn off as they largely do under ablative laser and, importantly, there is no open wound during the healing phase. This is extremely important as this approach reduces the risk of side effects such as scarring, infection, loss of pigmentation etc.

After the treatment small dry spots – scabs form. They need 5-7 days to fall off and during this time the client should keep the skin surface clean (use Octenisept and lukewarm water) and protect it with cream which we will present later.

Plasma works similarly to an ablative (fractional) laser. On a minute surface of the skin accurately directed energy damages very specific skin cells to encourage regrowth and renewal. This does not only improve the skin tone and texture, but it can also reduce scarring, improve a number of common skin problems and increase skin contour.

What is Blaze Needling?

There are two types of procedures that can be performed within a Blaze Needling treatment – Microneedling and Plasma Pen The aim of each procedure is to improve the skin by softening lines and wrinkles to look more youthful.

These can be done in combination or separately, depending on indications for the treatment.

Microneedling

The procedure is aimed at stimulating microcirculation and the natural processes of collagen production and regeneration. (It has also been successfully used for hair restoration in cases of non-androgenic alopecia).

The plasma pen is used for the wider facial skin areas. Microneedles penetrate the skin to the depth of 0.2 – 0.75mm and the procedure is considered to be painless.

During the treatment, specially designed and patented Solution is being applied to the skin surface and subsequently absorbed. After the treatment, the client is issued with special kind of aftercare product (Ultimate Skin Cocktail and PhiSoothing cream) followed by detailed instruction for use. Proper aftercare products application is of great importance.

Treatment results include: skin hydration, increased skin tone and smoothness causing existing wrinkles to be less visible and skin younger looking.

Application and Effects

Skin tightening, lifting and rejuvenation, Acne scars and wound healing, Improves wrinkles and fine lines, Minimize pore size, Improves stretch marks, Treats Alopecia

To achieve desired results, it usually takes up to 3 treatments, with 2 weeks gap between each of them. The results last from 4 to 6 months.

After the procedure, the skin will be red and flushed in a similar way to moderate sunburn. You may also experience skin tightness and mild sensitivity to touch on the area being treated. This will diminish greatly after a few hours following treatments and within the next 24 hours the skin will be completely healed. After 3 days most visible erythema will be absolved.

Plasma Pen

Plasma treatment is based on creation of series of minute dots adjacent to the tension lines on the skin. This process triggers an instant contraction and tightening of skin fibers to create a lifting, remodeling and rejuvenating effect. Plasma pen uses the plasma state of matter. The principle involves the ionisation of gases from the atmospheric air to create micro electrical discharge causing sublimation of the excessive/sagging superficial skin layer. This method can be used to treat specific areas of concern without damaging the surrounding tissue or applying unwanted heat energy to them.

Application and Effects

Blaze needling treatment provides baggy eyelid correction, can be used for wrinkles tensioning-crow feet, marionette lines, it is used for acne scars improvement. This revolutionary method is capable of achieving results comparable to the results of the cosmetic surgery.

One treatment is usually enough to achieve desired results. After 1 month, on check-up appointment, we will determine if an additional treatment is necessary. The results are expected to last for at least 9 months.
